Upload your RSS Link
to Streaming Platforms

Overview

Once your podcast episode is published on koolio.ai, an RSS feed is generated. Streaming platforms use this RSS feed to fetch and publish your episodes. After completing the one-time setup on each platform, all new episodes will automatically appear on the connected platforms when you update the link on koolio.ai.

Here's how you feed the RSS link directly to the streaming provider:

Spotify

1. Sign in to your 'Spotify for Podcasters' account.
2. Click on your profile icon and click 'Add a new show.'
3. Click 'Find an existing show.’
4. Click on 'Somewhere Else.'
5. Paste your podcast's RSS feed URL into the input field.
6. Review your podcast details and submit it for approval.
7. Spotify will send a verification email. Click the link in the email to confirm ownership.
8. Once approved (usually within a few hours), your podcast will be live on Spotify.
9. You're all set! New episodes on the RSS Feed will now be published automatically.

YouTube

1. Sign into your YouTube Studio account.
2. Click the 'Create' button in the top-right corner and select 'New Podcast'.
3. In the popup that appears, select 'Submit RSS feed'.
4. Follow the instructions on screen and then paste your podcast's RSS feed URL.
5. Click 'Send Code' to verify ownership. A verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your RSS feed.
6. Go to your email inbox, copy the verification code into the field and click 'Verify'.
7. Wait for Youtube to review your podcast, you will receive an email once it's approved.
8. You're all set! New episodes on the RSS Feed will now be published automatically.

Apple Podcasts

1. Sign into your Apple Podcasts for Creators with your Apple ID.
2. Click the '+' button and select 'New Show.'
3. Choose 'Add a show with an RSS feed.'
4. Enter your podcast's RSS feed URL.
5. Review the show information and details fetched from your feed and save for approval.
6. Apple's review process can take a few days. You will be notified once it's approved.
7. You're all set! New episodes on the RSS Feed will now be published automatically.

Amazon Music | Podcasts

Platform Link: https://podcasters.amazon.com/

1. Go to the Amazon Music for Podcasters portal.
2. Click on 'Add or Claim Your Podcast and log in'.
3. Enter your podcast's RSS feed URL in the search bar.
4. Confirm that this is your podcast and agree to the terms.
5. Verify ownership by entering the code sent to your email address.
6. Your podcast will be submitted for review and should appear on the platform within 24 hours.
7. You're all set! New episodes on the RSS Feed will now be published automatically.
